TOP WAY Waterborne road marking paint doesn’t have
dangerous solvent and is non-inflammability,
non-toxic, so it can reduce the pollution to
environment during the course of product and
application.
2. Good adhesion to glass bead
Using glass beads as retro-reflectivity coating, so
the time when the value of retro-reflectivity >80
mcd/xm2 is much longer than actual hot- melt
coating.
3. Abrasion resistance
According to the special method of application,
spray the glass beads on the surface of the coating
to form a system, which depends on glass beads to
hold, so it has good abrasion resistance. However,
the glass beads on he surface of solvent and
hot-melt coating are easy to crack off.
4. Fast drying
We adopt a special formula to increase the drying
speed, reduce the time of closing up the traffic
compare with actual water-based road marking paint.
5. High solid
The solid of coating is not lower than 75%, the
thickness of every film is 225~750um.
6. Good ability of re-spraying
It can de directly sprayed on the old film of
water-based or other types road marking paint, so it
improves the efficiency of re-spraying.
